Educational Supervision for Schools

This includes various processes agreed upon in detail, encompassing assessment and evaluation operations, analysis of students’ results, development of remedial plans and follow-up on their implementation, as well as identifying the training needs of staff, followed by developing a training plan and implementing individual and group supervisory practices and methods.

Proposed Duration:
One academic year, extendable upon mutual agreement between both parties, under a new contract and new fees.

Target Group:
Different specializations and educational levels.

The program consists of several stages:

  1. Reviewing the strategic plan of the schools.
  2. Defining institutional objectives.
  3. Approving development programs that include teachers, students, and the targeted learning outcomes.
  4. Developing the action plan.
  5. Conducting orientation training for new teachers.
  6. Implementing developmental training for school staff.
  7. Monitoring and measuring the impact of training.
  8. Conducting classroom visits.
  9. Providing remedial training to address gaps.
  10. Evaluating the work stages through various stakeholders (students – parents – staff).
  11. Providing feedback to all concerned parties.
