This includes various processes agreed upon in detail, encompassing assessment and evaluation operations, analysis of students’ results, development of remedial plans and follow-up on their implementation, as well as identifying the training needs of staff, followed by developing a training plan and implementing individual and group supervisory practices and methods.
Proposed Duration:
One academic year, extendable upon mutual agreement between both parties, under a new contract and new fees.

The program consists of several stages:
- Reviewing the strategic plan of the schools.
- Defining institutional objectives.
- Approving development programs that include teachers, students, and the targeted learning outcomes.
- Developing the action plan.
- Conducting orientation training for new teachers.
- Implementing developmental training for school staff.
- Monitoring and measuring the impact of training.
- Conducting classroom visits.
- Providing remedial training to address gaps.
- Evaluating the work stages through various stakeholders (students – parents – staff).
- Providing feedback to all concerned parties.
